Senior DevOps Engineer CSHARK Sp. z o.o. Daily tasks: - Own and evolve Kubernetes-based infrastructure, deployments and scaling in production. - Build and maintain complex CI/CD pipelines from scratch, automating build, test and release. - Manage configurations and deployments using containers (Docker) and Helm. - Improve observability, reliability and security across the platform. - Explore and implement practical AI integration into development and operations workflows.

- Partner with developers to streamline the path from commit to production. Musts: DevOps, Security, Kubernetes, CI/CD Pipelines, Docker, Helm, AI, Communication skills, Jenkins, GitLab, Cloud platform, .NET, C# The Essentials We’re Seeking 5+ years of experience in DevOps . Fluent English communication skills (minimum B2+ level). Strong, practical, hands-on experience with Kubernetes , Docker and Helm in production. Proven experience writing complex CI/CD pipelines from scratch (Jenkins or GitLab).

Solid grasp of infrastructure-as-code, cloud platforms and deployment strategies. Experience managing configurations, deployments and scaling for live systems. Practical experience integrating AI technologies , including AI agents or AI services, into development workflows or applications. Good knowledge of ASP.NET , .NET Framework , C# , and SQL Server . Experience integrating 3rd party services. Senior-level autonomy Nice to have Background working alongside Java application teams.

Experience in regulated, compliance-heavy or high-availability environments. We are looking for a hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer to join a team delivering cloud-native applications for a client in the regulatory and financial technology domain. You will own the infrastructure, deployment and automation layer end to end, and help the team ship faster and more safely in a production environment where uptime and security are critical.

This is a senior, autonomous role within a collaborative, fast-moving team - strong communication and ownership are as important as technical depth.
