About this role

📋 Description Develop and own the TAP strategy across ISV, DAM, platform, OEM, and content partners. Manage Acquia's strategic technology partnerships including joint planning. Own the AWS partnership, including co-sell, marketplace, and platform alignment. Build and execute joint go-to-market plans with key partners that generate leads. Identify, recruit, and launch new technology partners from evaluation through GTM readiness.

Lead, coach, and grow a team of technology alliance managers. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in technology alliances or ecosystem strategy with leadership. Proven track record building and scaling partner programs with measurable pipeline. Experience owning/co-sell with hyperscalers (AWS preferred) and cloud marketplace. Fluency across ISV integrations, OEM and embed relationships, platform alliances. Strong cross-functional influence with Product, Marketing, and Sales; comfortable with exec-level relationships.
