📋 Description Lead teams delivering Fortary custody, wallet infra, and blockchain integrations Own architecture and roadmap for the distributed MPC custody platform Partner with Product, Security, and execs to align investments with customer needs Support multiple deployment models: managed platform and licensed software Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards for chartered-institution status Lead incident response for outages, security events, and key management 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years leading teams on secure distributed systems Track record owning large-scale, security-critical platforms from architecture to production Deep expertise in cryptography and secure key management: MPC, threshold signatures, TEEs, HSMs Experience building cloud-native systems (Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD) with security first Fluency in SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, AML/KYC, and related financial regs Experience across digital asset infrastructure: custody, trading, staking, treasury 🎁 Benefits Token and equity package
