About this role

Leading the financial planning and analysis efforts, the full-time Senior Finance Manager will oversee the consolidation and reporting of $1B in quarterly spend, drive finance optimization, and partner with FP&A and finance leaders in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Lead and shape the R&D investment and finance strategy to support innovation and financial goals Own and drive FP&A Commercial Finance planning processes, including monthly outlooks and long-range planning Provide insightful monthly and quarterly reporting to support financial decision-making across the organization Required qualifications Minimum of 7 years of FP&A experience, with at least 3 years supporting an R&D organization Experience with financial forecasting, P&L management, and reporting business performance results Proficiency in Anaplan or other enterprise planning tools, along with advanced financial modeling skills Strong technical fundamentals in Excel and finance systems (CRM & ERP) Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; MBA and/or CPA is a plus
