Senior Finance Operations Analyst (French) Verita HR Daily tasks: - Engaging in multiple activities across Accounts Payable module including invoices, credit notes, employee’s expense claims processing as well as Third Party data maintenance (set-ups/amendments) in an accurate and timely manner - Processing payments in a relevant system - Deal with internal and external queries via phone or email with a timely resolution, act as first escalation point for complex queries - Establish and maintain effective relationship with customer business areas and identify areas of improvements in service - Highlight problematic/ineffective areas and take initiative to suggest ideas to change or improve processes - Assist line manager/supervisor and team with managing day-to-day operations showing active support by involvement in new projects/change implementation or reporting Musts: Accounting, MS Office, Excel - Knowledge of general accounting principles as a must - Finance knowledge as an asset - Experience in Accounts Payables and/or Payment’s processing - Knowledge of English and French minimum B2 level - Advance in the use of MS office tools skills including Word and Excel as well as in data management - Ability to multitask with attention to detail and accuracy - Prestigious position at one of the world's largest banks - Stable, long-term projects - Competitive compensation with either a B2B contract or an employment contract (UoP) - Private healthcare and multisport card - Growth and development opportunities with the possibility to move between projects - Referral program and company events - Convenient parking
