About this role

Senior Full Stack Java Engineer Mindbox Sp. z o.o. Daily tasks: - Design, develop and maintain scalable Java-based applications. - Contribute across the full software development lifecycle. - Work in an Agile / DevOps environment with CI/CD practices. - Build microservices and REST APIs. - Ensure high quality through testing (TDD, integration, regression). - Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps and product teams. - Support production systems (monitoring, incident resolution).

- Mentor junior team members 8+ years of experience in Java development. Strong experience with Java 17/21 and Spring Boot. Hands-on experience building microservices architectures. Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL. Experience with DevOps / CI/CD pipelines. Good understanding of Agile methodologies. Experience with TDD (JUnit) and automated testing. Strong communication skills. Nice to Have Experience with Spring Cloud ecosystem.

Knowledge of Angular / TypeScript / HTML5. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS or GCP). Experience with messaging systems (MQ, Solace). Working with distributed systems / in-memory data stores (e.g. Redis, Hazelcast). Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot).
