Senior IT Analyst (KYC / AML) DCG Daily tasks: - Responsibilities: - Translate business, regulatory, operational, and customer needs into implementable solutions within the GKYC ecosystem - Drive requirements engineering activities across delivery initiatives - Support solution delivery and execution throughout the lifecycle - Ensure solution readiness before implementation and release - Act as a bridge between Business, Architecture, Development, QA, Operations, and Programme stakeholders - Analyze dependencies and impact of changes and releases - Perform data analysis and root cause analysis to support solution delivery Musts: QA, Data analysis, Process modelling, User stories, Jira, Confluence, API, Microservices, Enterprise Architect Requirements: Strong experience in Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis Hands-on experience in Process Modelling and Agile Delivery Practices Ability to define User Stories and Acceptance Criteria Experience with Dependency Management, Release Impact Analysis, and Change Impact Analysis Practical knowledge of Data Analysis and Root Cause Analysis techniques Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence Understanding of API and Integration Concepts Experience in Data Mapping and Data Analysis Understanding of Microservices and Enterprise Architecture Strong knowledge of KYC / AML and Customer Due Diligence processes Familiarity with Onboarding, Periodic Reviews, and Regulatory Change Delivery Experience in Financial Services / Banking Very good command of English, both spoken and written Nice to have: Experience with SQL Familiarity with Process Modelling Tools Understanding of Pega-based solutions Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program
