About this role

To support a growing demand for home refinancing and purchases, the full-time Senior Loan Processor will manage the processing of various loan programs, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain communication with borrowers and loan agents in a 100% remote environment. Key responsibilities Process FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, and other loan programs while accurately calculating borrower income Request, review, and verify all necessary loan documents to ensure compliance before submission to underwriting Coordinate loan closings and maintain constant communication with customers and loan agents regarding loan status Required qualifications 5-7 years of experience processing mortgage loans, with current experience in purchase loans Advanced knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and other loan programs Proficient with Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems Understanding of federal and state compliance regulations, including TRID Ability to analyze complex tax returns and accurately calculate income for various borrower types
