About this role

To support a national coalition focused on youth mental health funding, the full-time Senior Manager, State Coalition will coordinate state coalitions, prepare advocates for legislative engagement, and drive policy action across states while working remotely. Key responsibilities Support and provide technical assistance to cross-sector state coalitions, ensuring coordination among national partner organizations Develop advocacy tools for state partners and track policy movement, facilitating communication and learning across states Align coalition actions with broader engagement strategies and coordinate campaign messaging with communications partners Required qualifications A Bachelor's degree and 6-10 years of relevant experience in state-level advocacy or coalition coordination Demonstrated experience in building and managing multi-stakeholder coalitions and facilitating member engagement Familiarity with legislative tracking and state policy processes, with experience across multiple states preferred Strong written communication skills for drafting advocacy materials and stakeholder updates Commitment to justice, equity, diversity, and belonging, with flexibility in problem-solving and learning new skills
