About this role

To provide technical leadership for Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, the full-time Senior Microsoft 365 Cloud Specialist will manage incident support, governance, and compliance across the M365 stack, including identity and security management, while working remotely in the United States. Key responsibilities Administer and support the ABMC Microsoft 365 tenant, including configuration and troubleshooting of various services Respond to security directives and evaluate the tenant against required security baselines, coordinating necessary remediation Drive Microsoft Purview records management maturation and maintain configuration documentation for the environment Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience One current Microsoft 365 or Azure administration certification, such as MS-102 or AZ-104 7+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments, with hands-on proficiency in relevant services Experience responding to federal security directives and conducting tenant security baseline reviews Working knowledge of Microsoft Purview compliance and records management features
