About this role

To drive the development of enterprise-level applications, the full-time Senior .NET Engineer will design, implement, and maintain robust software architectures using .NET, Node.js, and Go, while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Design and implement scalable and secure software architectures across the .NET stack Conduct code reviews and enforce testing protocols to ensure software reliability and quality Provide mentorship to junior engineers and lead software development projects in collaboration with product management and design teams Required qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior engineering role with strong technical skills Deep expertise in C# and .NET (Core / .NET 6+) Commercial experience or willingness to learn Golang and Node.js Experience designing high-load backend systems with strict latency and reliability requirements Familiarity with containerized environments including Docker and Kubernetes
