About this role

As a Senior Oracle NetSuite Finance Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for all Finance-related NetSuite topics across the organization. You will play a key role in scaling a fast-growing international manufacturing business while shaping the future of our global NetSuite landscape. This is a highly visible role with significant influence on Finance processes, ERP strategy, and digital transformation initiatives across multiple countries.

You will own Finance workstreams within NetSuite projects, partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT teams, and ensure that business requirements are translated into scalable system solutions. This role complements the global NetSuite team and serves as a senior Finance-focused counterpart to the NetSuite Team Lead based in Germany. What is your Day to Day Mission: Serve as the go-to expert for Finance and Accounting topics within NetSuite.

Support and optimize NetSuite processes for the Romanian entity, with a particular focus on the growing manufacturing organization. Lead Finance workstreams in global NetSuite implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects. Translate Finance and business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions. Own Finance-related solution design, testing, documentation, training, and rollout activities. Drive continuous improvements across Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, and Costing processes.

Design and maintain reports, dashboards, Saved Searches, and SuiteAnalytics solutions. Provide expert support to Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders worldwide. Collaborate closely with the global ERP team to shape the future NetSuite roadmap.
