Focused on enhancing financial access through innovative solutions, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define and execute the product vision for a tech-enabled consumer lending platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality execution from ideation to launch Utilize customer insights to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement based on feedback and market trends Required qualifications 6+ years of product management and/or product design experience in dynamic technology companies Background in consumer products, preferably in financial services and lending Proven ability to balance customer experience with business results and risk management Strong collaboration skills to align priorities with cross-functional teams Self-starter comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results
