Senior Project Manager DCG Daily tasks: - Responsibilities: - Support end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives in a complex banking environment - Act as a deputy to the Lead Project Manager and support overall project execution - Coordinate work across DevOps, Business, and other key stakeholder groups - Ensure project progress, risk mitigation, and adherence to governance standards - Support preparation of senior management reporting and decision-making materials - Drive change management activities and ensure clear communication across stakeholders - Track dependencies, risks, issues, and actions to ensure structured and timely delivery - Facilitate alignment between technical teams, business representatives, and executive stakeholders Musts: DevOps, Stakeholder management, Jira Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in large-scale IT and/or banking projects Strong executive stakeholder management skills Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery Exposure to Privileged Access Management or Privileged Management-related initiatives Practical knowledge of Jira Ability to prepare clear executive-level reports and decision materials Structured execution mindset with strong ownership and follow-through Very good communication, coordination, and risk management skills Fluency in English (both written and spoken) Nice to have: Experience working in highly regulated financial or banking environments Previous experience acting as a deputy or right hand to a Lead Project Manager Understanding of DevOps delivery models Experience supporting change management and communication activities Familiarity with governance processes in complex enterprise organizations Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program
