Senior Python Engineer iTeamly Daily tasks: - Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python - Build distributed systems and microservices - Design REST APIs, data models, and backend architecture - Develop integrations between enterprise systems and external platforms - Build and optimize data pipelines and workflow automation - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code - Improve system scalability, performance, and reliability - Collaborate with engineers across multiple technical domains Musts: Python, Distributed systems, Event-Driven Architecture, API Design, Cloud-native Architecture, Kafka, REST API, System integration 5+ years of commercial Python development experience Strong background in backend development Experience building distributed systems and microservices Solid understanding of REST API design Experience with SQL databases and data modeling Knowledge of concurrency and scalable system design Experience working with Git and modern development workflows Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Fluent English Nice to have: Exposure to manufacturing / MES / IoT systems Experience with event-driven architecture Familiarity with ETL / data pipelines Experience integrating ERP / enterprise systems We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer to join a greenfield distributed backend platform within a complex manufacturing environment.
