📋 Description Lead UX research for the Advanced Trade team with Design, Product, and Data. Conduct mixed-methods research: interviews, usability testing, surveys, Sprig. Synthesize qualitative findings with analytics to produce actionable reports. Build scalable research programs (customer councils, self-serve testing cadences). Translate research insights into roadmap priorities and experiment hypotheses. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of user research with multiple stakeholders.

Design/evaluate research with hard-to-reach traders. Synthesize qualitative insights with metrics to influence strategy. Prioritize research across stakeholders; guide designers and PMs. Familiarity with crypto trading or trading platforms preferred.
