Senior Rust Developer Square One Resources Daily tasks: - Design and develop new features for a high-performance transaction system using Rust. - Enhance and optimize existing system components. - Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into robust software solutions. - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to code quality and system architecture. - Optimize code for performance, memory usage, and computational efficiency.

- Create and maintain technical documentation. - Contribute to test automation and continuous improvement of testing processes. - Monitor code quality and recommend improvements. - Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA engineers to deliver reliable software. Musts: Rust, Docker At least 5 years of professional software development experience. Minimum 2–3 years of commercial experience with Rust. Strong understanding of distributed systems.

Experience with systems programming and functional programming concepts. Good knowledge of network communication protocols. Experience working with Docker and Linux. Ability to analyze complex technical problems and design efficient solutions. Experience optimizing software for performance and resource efficiency. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Communicative level of English. Optional Experience working in financial services, fintech, or capital markets. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. Experience with code quality and static analysis tools.
