📋 Description Become an expert on Checkly and the monitoring space. Drive Monitoring as Code and solve customer problems. Work with customers across pre- and post-sales. Lead the technical evaluation from demo to implementation. Onboarding includes Customer Support; assist when needed. Improve technical docs and policies. 🎯 Requirements Strong technical skills to read, write and debug code (JavaScript/Node.js preferred).

5+ years in Solutions Engineering or related Sales Engineering roles. Experience in dev-tools SaaS; observability, monitoring or testing background. Ability to use AI tools to accelerate customer-facing work (Claude Code, Codex, etc.). Autonomous and self-motivated in a remote-first environment; collaborative.
