Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect (f/m/x) Sii Polska Daily tasks: - Creating end-to-end solution designs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud that are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements and technical standards - Translating business, marketing, and data requirements into clear technical concepts, solution designs, integration flows, and implementation guidelines - Designing scalable SFMC solutions covering areas such as data model, customer journeys, automation, segmentation, personalization, campaign execution, and integrations - Presenting, justifying, and defending proposed solution designs in front of Architects and technical stakeholders from other domains - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, marketing teams, data teams, integration teams, architects, developers, and external vendors - Identifying technical risks, dependencies, assumptions, and design trade-offs, and proposing practical mitigation options - Ensuring that SFMC solutions follow best practices in terms of performance, maintainability, scalability, compliance, and security - Providing guidance to delivery teams during implementation to ensure that the final solution is consistent with the approved design Musts: Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), BigQuery, GCP, Stakeholder Management, Stakeholder Alignment Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and strong technical knowledge of its core capabilities Ability to create solution designs for SFMC-based marketing technology solutions and understanding of SFMC architecture, data model, automations, journeys, segmentation, and campaign execution Proven experience with SFMC integrations with external systems, data platforms, CRM systems, APIs, or middleware Ability to challenge, explain, and defend technical design decisions in front of Architects and senior technical stakeholders Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments Fluency in English We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to engage with the Product Management Team in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud area.

In this role, you will design robust, scalable, and business-aligned solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical designs while ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture guidelines. This position offers flexibility with remote, hybrid, or office work options across various locations in Poland.
