About this role

To support a fast-growing eCommerce-focused digital agency, the freelance Senior Shopify Project & Account Manager will manage multiple Shopify projects, oversee client relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fully remote capacity during CET hours. Key Responsibilities Manage up to 7 concurrent Shopify and eCommerce projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive communication and leading review calls Facilitate team meetings, allocate tasks, and support junior team members while maintaining operational excellence Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in project management, account management, or digital agency operations Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystems and website delivery workflows Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously Proficiency in project management platforms such as Asana Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
