About this role

Senior Software Engineer Mindbox Sp. z o.o. Daily tasks: - Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based applications primarily in Java - Review and validate solutions for alignment with internal engineering and security standards - Champion high standards in software quality, security, and maintainability - Implement comprehensive automated testing (unit, integration, regression) for all changes - Collaborate openly, solve complex problems, and improve developer productivity - Contribute to efficiency improvements and enhance the developer experience - Support knowledge sharing and mentor less experienced engineers Musts: Java, Spring Boot, CD pipelines, Communication skills, Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP, API, Security, Testing, Automated testing Strong software engineering fundamentals with a polyglot mindset Hands-on development experience with Java (Spring/Spring Boot preferred) Knowledge of functional, asynchronous, and non-blocking programming models Familiarity with modern concurrency models and reactive programming approaches Experience with CI/CD pipelines , version control, and best coding practices Sound understanding of secure engineering practices Excellent communication skills with business-level English Experience in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and working with distributed systems Exposure to security-focused tools and experience securing high-volume APIs Familiarity with API security concepts : authentication, authorization, and threat mitigation Strong background in test architecture , including end-to-end and performance testing Understanding of performance optimization , profiling, and automated testing frameworks Joining this project you’ll become part of Mindbox – a tech-driven company where consulting, engineering, and talent meet to build meaningful digital solutions.
