📋 Description Own end-to-end feature area from spec to production rollout. Translate product research and 1-3 year vision into specs. Write specs addressing tenancy, auth, rate limits, observability, rollback. Define acceptance criteria for every feature before code generation. Manage the codegen loop: scope prompts and rewrite specs when needed. Ensure production health with telemetry, alerts, on-call follow-through.

🎯 Requirements 5+ years building production software in fast-moving teams. Comfortable in customer calls; translate feedback into specs. Fluency with Claude Code or agentic tooling; AI-first workflow. Strong written communication; the spec is the artifact. Shipping in Rails or similar full-stack with depth in an adjacent surface.
