Senior Test Automation Engineer TechGenius Recruitment Kft. Daily tasks: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test coverage for web, API, mobile, and enterprise applications. - Execute manual, exploratory, regression, integration, and release validation testing to ensure product quality and reduce production risk. - Build and enhance test automation frameworks, reusable test utilities, and regression testing strategies.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, and DevOps teams to improve testability, release readiness, and quality standards. - Identify, analyze, and track defects while supporting UAT activities, root cause investigations, and production issue prevention. - Drive continuous improvement by expanding automation coverage, strengthening QA processes, and mentoring junior QA team members. Musts: Selenium, Manual tests, Test automation, JavaScript, Python, Java, TypeScript, API 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with strong expertise in both manual testing and test automation.

Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks. Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, API, exploratory, and release validation testing methodologies. Ability to write and maintain code in languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Python, or Java, with experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines. Practical knowledge of API testing, SQL, defect management, test planning, and validation of complex business workflows.
