Senior Zendesk Architect (f/m/x) Sii Polska Daily tasks: - Design and architect solutions across Zendesk Support, Guide, and Talk - Lead integrations between Zendesk and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and AWS using REST APIs and middleware - Drive the implementation of Zendesk Apps Framework (ZAF) and custom applications - Define technical standards, best practices, and governance for development teams - Optimize platform performance, scalability, and user experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce Architects and AWS Developers Musts: Zendesk Architect, JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, jQuery, REST, Zendesk Platform, HTTP, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, Object-Oriented Design, Zendesk Sunshine At least 8 years of IT experience, including a minimum of 5 years working with the Zendesk platform Strong expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and jQuery Extensive experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and cloud system integrations Solid knowledge of Zendesk Sunshine, Custom Objects, and data relationship modeling Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, HTTP, and object-oriented design principles Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Fluency in English Working from the office in Cracow 2 days per week Nice-to-have requirements Experience with middleware solutions like Workato Knowledge of Vue.js Join Client's Digital Growth Solutions team and play a key role in shaping the future of our global Customer Care ecosystem.
