About this role

To support the successful delivery of infrastructure projects across hyperscale data center environments, the full-time Service Delivery Manager will coordinate deployment activities, manage customer relationships, and ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Key responsibilities Lead and coordinate the delivery of data center infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution Serve as the primary customer-facing contact, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular project updates Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics while driving proactive issue resolution Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 5-8 years of experience in Service Delivery, Project Management, Operations, Telecommunications, or Data Center Infrastructure Experience supporting infrastructure deployments or data center projects Strong project management skills, including budget and risk management Customer-facing experience with strong communication and relationship management skills
