Simulation & Modeling Engineer / Control Algorithms Engineer (M/F/D) Triol Poland Daily tasks: - Design and analyze electrical models and control algorithms in MATLAB/Simulink/Simscape for: - Asynchronous and synchronous motor types - Power converters (AC/DC, DC/AC, DC/DC) - Identify and fix bugs and errors in the software - Test and validate developed and corrected control algorithms - Work in cross-functional teams with project engineers and software developers to test software - Perform model verification and compare results with real-world implementations - Analyze test outcomes, identify discrepancies, and propose solutions - Prepare technical reports and documentation Musts: MATLAB/Simulink, Simulink, MATLAB, System analysis Higher education in one of the following fields: Electrical Drives, Automated Control Systems, Electrical Machines, Electronics, Power Electronics, Mechatronics, or Robotics 1+ years of experience in electrical circuit modeling and power electronics simulation using MATLAB/Simulink/Simscape Ability to read and analyze electrical schematics Strong system analysis skills and experience working with data interpretation Technical-level English proficiency (ability to read and write technical documentation) Passion for solving complex technical problems and finding patterns in data Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Goal-oriented mindset to achieve challenging objectives Experience working with technical literature Willingness to learn and explore new technologies Proven track record with at least 2 real-world projects utilizing Software Model Based Design (MBD) using Simulink; Technical Stack: Proficiency in automatic code generation (e.g., Embedded Coder) Full-cycle engineering experience in an innovative company Access to cutting-edge technologies in power electronics and automation Opportunities for professional growth and development A supportive team environment where you can collaborate with experts Health and life insurance coverage Mentorship during the adaptation period Flexible working hours (with core hours) Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
