Software Engineer Mid (Java) Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Musts: Java, Tomcat, Hibernate The requirements for this position are: 3-5 years of experience in software development using similar technology stack Knowledge (including detailed technical knowledge) of Java, Tomcat, Hibernate The candidate is expected to use AI-code generation on a regular basis with human and AI-assisted code review Knowledge of RHEL a large plus Knowledge of PostGreSQL a plus A team player is required, as work is often split into many user-stories with interaction points between one another The team is working in hybrid mode ASTRO Department develops applications to manage the ASTRO networks using Java backend technology and web frontend.

The applications are built using CI/CD pipelines and used by Customers on premise. The candidate will use the following technologies: Java21 backend, web frontend. Tomcat, Hibernate. The candidate will be a part of a team of experienced and skilled software engineers developing a Network Management Provisioning Manager application. Our team uses Java, web frontend, Postgres, RHEL and KVM. We expect to higher a mid-experience engineer, who will be a core part of our team.

We expect the person to work mostly unsupervised in a Scrum team (with daily sync and biweekly sprint pace).
