About this role

Software Engineering - Compass Dev Mindbox Sp. z o.o. Daily tasks: - Translate application requirements and use cases into functional, high-performing features. - Design, build, and maintain efficient and reusable code following best practices. - Ensure code quality through structured development and review processes. - Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and security standards. - Identify and fix bugs or bottlenecks, ensuring long-term stability of the application.

- Support the ongoing development and production deployment of .NET solutions. - Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and align with project timelines. Musts: C#, .NET Framework, .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, MVC, API, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular Core Skills and Experience: Proven experience in C# and .NET frameworks, including .NET 6 or later . Strong expertise with Microsoft SQL Server . Knowledge of MVC , Web API , and application architecture.

Front-end development experience: HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and a modern framework (React, Angular, or similar). Additional Skills: Familiarity with object-oriented programming and reusable C# libraries. Understanding of design principles behind scalable applications . Experience with automated testing platforms and unit tests . Practical experience with version control (GIT) and CI/CD pipelines . Strong communication skills in English (professional proficiency).
