About this role

Software Security Technical Delivery Lead Mindbox Sp. z o.o. Daily tasks: - Technical Orchestration: Align technology execution with business outcomes; proactively address architectural risks and technical debt. - DevSecOps Leadership: Ensure delivery meets compliance, automation, and “definition of done” criteria; manage risk across the product. - Delivery Governance: Monitor sprint health, resolve blockers, and guarantee high-quality delivery in Agile setup.

- Hands-on Support: Conduct code reviews, debug Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), and troubleshoot incidents as needed. - Open Source Advocacy: Guide tool selection and adoption to reduce vendor dependency and increase scalability. Musts: Java, Python, Node.js, Go, Kanban, GCP, Cloud, Cloud SQL, Proxy, KMS, Security, Terraform, Stakeholder management Experience: 10+ years in software engineering with recent hands-on expertise in Java , Python , Node.js , or Go .

Strong experience leading cross-functional teams using Agile (Scrum/Kanban). Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of GCP services : GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL), Identity-Aware Proxy. Proven DevSecOps expertise : secrets management (KMS), container security, compliance-as-code. Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform). Leadership: Stakeholder management and ability to shape delivery strategy across multiple domains.

Data-driven mindset using DORA metrics to improve delivery excellence. Nice-to-Have: Experience in regulated environments or FinTech. Knowledge in cost optimization on GCP .
