Solution Architect AVENGA (Agencja Pracy, nr KRAZ: 8448) Daily tasks: - Lead the end-to-end architectural design of complex, high-throughput integration streams - Define pattern-based integration strategies (e.g., event-driven, synchronous/asynchronous APIs, pub/sub, ETL/ELT pipelines) - Formulate and enforce foundational technical patterns, API contracts, and middleware strategies to align disparate systems, ensuring data integrity and system decoupling - Present, justify, and formally defend technical designs, trade-offs, and architectural decisions before the Global Enterprise Architecture Board and peer architects from intersecting systems.

- Define and govern data schemas, payload structures, and message formats - Collaborate with data engineering teams to establish rigid field-level mapping, data transformation rules, and serialization protocols - Standardize implementation designs with a heavy focus on non-functional requirements, including comprehensive error handling, idempotent processing, retry policies, circuit breakers, and rate-limiting Musts: AWS, REST API, OAuth, IAM, CIAM, SQL Proven experience as a Senior Solution Architect or Integration Architect delivering large-scale enterprise integration solutions (at least 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect/Tech Lead) Strong expertise in API architecture, integration patterns (REST, GraphQL, event-driven, asynchronous messaging), and distributed systems.

Deep understanding of data modeling, schema design, data mapping, and system integration across heterogeneous platforms. Experience with enterprise architecture governance, technical design reviews, and stakeholder management at senior leadership level. Solid knowledge of security and identity standards, including OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SSO, and CIAM concepts. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance architectural best practices against business priorities and legacy constraints.
