📋 Description Manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live. Define platform architecture based on learner personas and org structure. Drive project management and oversee integrations, APIs, and third-party apps. Guide customers through onboarding to ensure successful deployment. Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Customer Success. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of professional consulting, client-facing (TAM/Impl/Pre-sales).

Deployment of SaaS products, HR domain preferred; API and SSO knowledge. Solution-oriented, client-first mindset. Able to translate tech concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
