About this role

To enhance the quality and performance of software solutions, the full-time Solutions Quality Engineer II will design, execute, and improve testing practices across various testing activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and documentation based on business and functional requirements Perform manual and automated testing, including regression and data validation testing, to ensure software quality and compliance Track and report quality assurance metrics, manage defects, and participate in Agile ceremonies to support release readiness Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or healthcare technology Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, cases, and scripts, along with defect documentation Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies and experience with defect management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps Working knowledge of SQL or similar data validation methods Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams
