We are looking for a Sous Chef to join a family run, privately owned Gastro Pub in Harpenden, starting ASAP. This is a beautiful site that uses fresh, sustainable food with seasonal menu's, cooking for approx 30-50 covers daily. Shifts: Wednesday - Sunday. CLOSED MONDAY AND TUESDAY. 45 hours per week.
