About this role

Analyzing complex business challenges, the full-time salaried Staff Applications Developer - IBM Maximo will design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and support IBM Maximo applications and integrations Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment Troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications, integrations, and workflows Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, workflows, and integration frameworks Experience building complex BIRT reports and working with REST/JSON integrations
