About this role

As the Staff Mission Lead Systems Engineer, this full-time remote position will partner with the Mission Architecture team to develop mission concepts, drive architecture trades, and ensure end-to-end technical success for high-reliability systems across various missions, including those for U.S. Government and commercial sectors. Key responsibilities Partner with the Mission Architecture team to develop mission concepts and technical baselines Serve as the ultimate technical authority, leading the design and development of missions while managing requirements traceability Act as the primary technical point of contact for designated missions, interfacing with customers and cross-functional teams Required qualifications B.S.

or higher degree in an engineering field with 10+ years of experience in complex system or spacecraft design Demonstrated experience as a technical lead on complex systems for U.S. Government or commercial customers Experience with major space programs and USG/IC acquisition standards Extensive experience in system modeling, analysis, and integration of complex systems Active TS/SCI security clearance
