Agent-Fleet Operability: Align skills and runbooks with reality.

Incident Leadership: Lead incidents and record fixes as runbooks. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years operating production Kubernetes and AWS at scale. Terraform and GitOps/Kustomize, with idempotent automation. Incident judgment: real incident-response on distributed failures. Data systems fluency: Postgres, columnar store, and log/stream behavior. Agent fluency: guardrails and checks with AI agents. Instincts: prefer automated checks; avoid manual steps.
