Statistical Programmer III/IV

About this role

Providing statistical programming expertise, the full-time Statistical Programmer III/IV will coordinate with statisticians to develop and maintain efficient code for data analysis and reporting, with the option to work fully remotely. Key responsibilities Gather and document requirements for developing or modifying existing programs and systems Generate, document, and maintain analysis datasets while creating various reports for clinical trials Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data quality and analysis issues, contributing to mentoring junior programmers Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field 4-5 years of experience as a SAS or R programmer in a clinical trials or health research setting Advanced programming skills in SAS or R, including experience with reporting and macro/package development Knowledge of clinical trials research data and biostatistics Ability to use Perl or other scripting languages for data manipulation and automation tasks
