About this role

To support the financial operations of a global payments platform, the full-time remote Strategic Finance Associate Principal will lead annual planning, quarterly earnings, and monthly forecasting while providing analytical support for critical business decisions. Key responsibilities: Lead company-wide OKR Performance Management and produce executive-level reporting on strategy execution Oversee forecasting, planning, and variance analysis for payment processing costs, including annual and quarterly financial guidance Collaborate with Payments product and business leaders to develop financial cases for new initiatives and optimize payment strategies Required qualifications: 7+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, strategic finance, accounting, or related analytical roles B.A.

or B.S. degree from an accredited institution Proficiency in SQL and modern analytics tools for large dataset analysis Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and make actionable recommendations Highly organized and self-motivated, with a commitment to producing high-quality work
