About this role

System Engineer (Cloud / Microsoft Stack) Winged IT Daily tasks: - Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support for complex IT issues, analyzing problems to find root causes; - Ensure stability and performance of IT systems while proactively improving them through automation and best practices; - Maintain documentation and task tracking in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence); - Coordinate and support application and infrastructure releases with well-documented deployments; - Support the implementation and monitoring of IT security measures, including endpoint protection (Microsoft Defender) and compliance monitoring; Musts: AD, EntraID, DNS, DHCP, GPO, PowerShell, Azure, AWS 3+ years of professional experience in system engineering or a similar role; Solid knowledge of Microsoft Server and Client environments; Hands-on experience with AD / Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and GPO; Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation; knowledge of Python is considered an advantage; Practical experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), including VM management; Experience with cloud-based virtual desktop solutions (big plus); Good understanding of IT security practices (endpoint protection, compliance, monitoring); Basic network troubleshooting skills (advantage); Experience with release processes and DLP policies (optional); Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent professional training; Fluent English (German or other languages are a plus).
