About this role

Leading a team of IT professionals, the full-time System Engineer - Patch Management will oversee the execution of the enterprise patch management strategy, ensuring timely updates and compliance to reduce vulnerabilities, while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee the testing, validation, and deployment of patches across systems and applications Prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities using enterprise patch management tools and automation Monitor and report on patch compliance status, managing executive-level reporting and dashboards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field 12 years of IT operations, security, or infrastructure experience, including 8 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of patch management and vulnerability remediation Deep understanding of patch management and IT automation tools such as WSUS, BigFix, and Ansible Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management
