About this role

Owning the day-to-day health of Azure infrastructure and Microsoft 365 services, the full-time remote Systems Administrator will monitor, maintain, and enhance the organization's cloud environments while collaborating with technical leadership to ensure a secure and productive clinical workforce. Key responsibilities Monitor and maintain Azure environment, including security services and resource management Administer Microsoft 365 E5 tenant, managing user lifecycle and security configurations Provide escalated Tier 2/3 support and document infrastructure configurations and procedures Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 4 years of systems administration experience Demonstrated expertise in administering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Intune Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and infrastructure management Experience with Microsoft 365 administration at scale, including Exchange Online and Teams Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN technologies
