About this role

Driving the recruitment lifecycle, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will proactively source candidates, manage hiring processes, and optimize top-of-funnel strategies while collaborating closely with hiring managers. Key responsibilities Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, focusing on proactive candidate sourcing Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and establish structured interview processes Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure efficient candidate progression and feedback capture Required qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment Proven success in managing both leveraged role searches and volume hiring Experience implementing or optimizing an ATS, with a preference for BambooHR Strong business acumen related to headcount forecasting and budget management Ability to partner with leadership teams and bring structure to ambiguous situations
