To shape global leadership on quality healthcare, the part-time Technical Advisor for Quality Healthcare will drive mission-led innovation, strategic partnerships, and the integration of knowledge and foresight while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as UNOPS principal focal point and thought leader for quality healthcare, enhancing visibility and positioning Develop and disseminate mission-aligned materials, contributing to partnership development and strategic alignment Foster a culture of trust and accountability within the team, promoting diversity and inclusion Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare, sustainable development, or related discipline with 9 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 7 years of relevant experience Demonstrated experience providing technical advisory support related to healthcare or sustainable development Experience conducting foresight and trend analysis in healthcare contexts Proficiency in English; fluency in additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Spanish is desirable Experience working in multicultural environments and development or humanitarian contexts
