Technical Business Data Analyst Verita HR Daily tasks: - Analyse and improve data quality in data lakes (Google Cloud/Hadoop) using Jupyter Notebooks - Review and enhance PL/SQL code, track changes in GitHub - Collaborate with the Engineering Scrum team to refine user stories and solve issues - Align static reference data and explore Product Taxonomy across multiple business segments - Write advanced SQL queries and Python Pandas scripts for large datasets - Support troubleshooting and actively participate in meetings, planning and Sprint reviews Musts: Data analytics, Business analysis, Hadoop, GCP, Scrum, System analysis, Data governance, Data modelling 6+ years in data analytics or related fields Strong experience with Hadoop or Google Cloud Platform Skilled in technical business analysis, requirements gathering and solution design Agile/Scrum experience; familiar with Confluence and JIRA Expertise in system analysis to identify gaps and improve systems by understanding technical aspects such as APIs, data mapping and integration Experience with data governance processes, data lake architectures and metadata Understanding of data architecture and data modelling Bonus: NoSQL experience (e.g.
