Technical Delivery Manager - .NET/React Link Group Daily tasks: - Lead and develop a team of engineers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment - Oversee the end-to-end development of a core financial system - Take ownership of the product backlog and roadmap for a central financial platform, aligning priorities with business goals - Work closely with stakeholders across different financial areas (investment, risk and other) to define requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions - Ensure high-quality delivery through strong engineering practices, code quality, and architectural standards - Drive continuous improvement of the platform, balancing ongoing development with new feature delivery - Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring clear communication and alignment Musts: Software engineering, .NET CORE, React, Stakeholder management, Problem-Solving 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong hands-on background Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring engineering teams Strong technical expertise in .NET Core and React Experience working on complex, business-critical systems with ongoing development and evolution Good understanding of financial or investment-related domains (e.g.

funding, collateral, investment environments) Ability to combine technical leadership with product thinking and stakeholder management Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail This position combines engineering leadership with product ownership responsibilities within a critical financial platform. You will play a key role in shaping and evolving our internal financial system that supports investment decision-making and strategies.

Acting as both a Development Manager and a Product Owner, you will lead a team of engineers while also driving the vision, priorities, and roadmap of a central financial application used by business stakeholders.
