About this role

Technical Program Manager Harvey Nash Technology Daily tasks: - Own end-to-end delivery of cross-team technology program (related to major cross-platform software frontend changes in EU country) - Build program plans, roadmaps, milestones, critical paths - Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and integration points - Run governance: steering committees, decision & readiness reviews - Maintain RAID/dependency logs, lead status & rollout reviews - Define and track program KPIs against business outcomes - Stakeholder management & reporting (e.g.

managers, directors), structured communication - Coordinate vendors/3rd parties (SLA/OLA) - mentoring Associate TPMs, feedback & retrospectives Musts: Project management, JavaScript 3+ years in technology program management (software development related) 2+ years delivering multi-team, end-to-end programs Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field Strong Agile/Kanban/Lean/Six Sigma knowledge MS Office, Jira, Confluence; SQL basics; one programming language Fluent in English Be able to work on B2B in Poland Nice to have: vendor/3rd party coordination, logistics/e-commerce background, PMP/ITIL Technical Project Manager B2B contract via Harvey Nash Location: remote, potentially a business travel from time to time Duration: 12 months Process: 2 stages (HN screen: 60 min, Business Screen: 45min)
