About this role

Technical Support Engineer (VMware / Virtualization) iTeamly Daily tasks: - Support for virtualization and cloud environments - VM troubleshooting (performance, availability, security) - Incident resolution and root cause analysis - Collaboration with Azure/support teams - Infrastructure support (OS, networking, storage) Musts: VMware VMware or other virtualization/cloud experience Windows Server / Linux basics Knowledge of networking, AD, storage Troubleshooting experience in infra environments Azure / PowerShell – nice to have We are looking for Support Engineer with experience in virtualization technologies and strong understanding of infrastructure environments.

You will support virtualized and cloud infrastructure, troubleshooting VM-related issues and ensuring stability, performance, and availability of enterprise systems.
