Test Coordinator with German Square One Resources Daily tasks: - Coordinate testing activities in line with the Test Manager's plans - Organize, schedule, and monitor test execution - Ensure quality control throughout the testing lifecycle - Document test execution results and prepare comprehensive test reports - Coordinate and communicate effectively with testers, developers, and project stakeholders - Monitor testing progress and report potential risks or issues - Support continuous improvement of testing processes Musts: Software Testing, Testing, Software Development Life Cycle, SDLC, Organizational skills, Coordination skills, Communication skills, Stakeholder management Practical experience in software testing Good understanding of software testing processes and methodologies Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Strong organizational and coordination skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Fluent German (minimum B2) – mandatory Good command of English for working in an international environment is an advantage We are looking for a Test Coordinator to join an international IT project supporting software quality assurance and testing activities.
