Test Lead Square One Resources Daily tasks: - Lead the transformation of the test automation framework, improving the stability and reliability of regression suites. - Drive the adoption of modern QA practices, including AI-powered testing and automation. - Define and execute the QA automation roadmap with clear priorities and milestones. - Manage priorities and stakeholder expectations to keep the team focused on high-impact initiatives.

- Mentor QA engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance. - Promote engineering best practices and a quality-first, automation-driven culture. Musts: Python, TypeScript, Java, Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, AI-driven testing tools, Automation, QA, Team management, Stakeholder management, Communication skills Proven hands-on experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Appium.

Strong programming skills in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, TypeScript, or Java). Experience with AI-driven testing tools and modern automation practices. Previous experience leading QA teams or driving QA automation transformation initiatives. Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and communication skills in fast-paced environments. Ability to mentor engineers and promote software engineering best practices within QA.
