Seeking an experienced Texas Licensed Non-Profit Corporate Attorney, this part-time remote engagement will involve assisting in the formation of a new non-profit entity and supporting its participation in an upcoming transaction. Key responsibilities: Assist in the formation of a new non-profit entity Support all aspects of the non-profit's involvement in corporate transactions Provide legal guidance based on significant experience with non-profit organizations Required qualifications: 7+ years of corporate experience, including at least 3 years with non-profit organizations in Texas Excellent academic credentials Licensed and in good standing in Texas Prior experience in the corporate practice group of a large law firm or sophisticated boutique firm Outstanding references
